Dance Party Toning (DPT) offers a combination of easy-to-follow dance movements and pilates/yoga style strength and flexibility exercises.
Focus is on toning several major muscle groups (abdominals, back, glutes, arms, and legs), while letting our minds go and keeping things fun. Each class will begin with a short visualization practice that will help us to sync our unique personal rhythms with that of the music and end with a cool-down/savasana to absorb and reflect on where the class took us that session.
